Step 1: Click on the Messaging tab for the Candidate you would like to send a message to.


Step 2: From here, you can select a custom template, or write your own message to the user.


Step 3: The message is then stored in the Candidate’s message, and sent as an email to the Candidate.


Step 4: When the applicant responds to the email, the employer in communication with this Candidate will receive an email, and the message will be stored in the message center.


Step 5: When the employer responds to the Candidate, either through the message tab in the Candidate or through their email, the email will be sent to the candidate, and tracked within the Candidate’s message tab.
