Job Groups are a simple and effective way to organize all of your related jobs by sorting them into groups.

For example, if you need to create several different types of jobs for a hotel, you can create the following Job Groups:

  • Front Desk
  • Housekeeping
  • Bellperson
  • Security Officer

From here, you can create related jobs in each job group.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For your Jobs to show up on, your Job Group Delivery Status must be marked Live. You can see if your Job Group Delivery Status is Active if the toggle button is green.

You can do the following under the Actions dropdown:

  • Edit Job Group (inline)
  • Duplicate Job Group
  • More Details (edit Job Group)
  • Add Job to Job Group
