Step 1: Navigate to the top right menu (your email address) and click 'Employer Accounts'.


Step 2: Type in the user’s name or email address in the Account field and hit 'Run'.


Step 3: In the Actions dropdown in the user’s row, select 'Reset Password'.


Step 4: An email prompting the user to reset their password will be sent to their email. Have them follow the instructions in the email.
