By default, your account will receive a notification immediately after a candidate applies, along with a daily summary. You can control the frequency of these emails by doing the following:


To receive a notification every time a candidate applies, do the following:


Step 1: Go to Account Details in the left navigation section, or within the dropdown on the top right.


Step 2: Under the Candidate alerts in the Alert Preferences section, click See More.


Step 3: Toggle the Receive notification for new candidates to On. 


Note: Make sure that the Candidate alerts toggle is set to On.


Step 4: Toggle the Receive daily candidate summary email to off.


To receive a daily summary, do the following:


Step 1: Go to Account Details in the left navigation section, or within the dropdown on the top right.


Step 2: Under the Candidate alerts in the Alert Preferences section, click See More.


Step 3: Toggle the Receive daily candidate summary email to On. 


Note: Make sure that the Candidate alerts toggle is set to On.


Step 4. Toggle the Receive notification for new candidates to off.


Note: You can also choose to stop receiving all candidate emails by toggling the Candidate alerts section to off.
