If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset your password from the Upward.net homepage.

How to reset your password:

1. On the top right of Upward.net, click Sign In
2. Click Forgot Password
3. Enter the email address that is associated with your account
4. Click Reset Your Job Seeker Password
5. A password reset email will be sent to the provided email address (note that it can take up to 15 minutes)
6. On the email, click Reset Password
7. On the Password Setup screen, provide the new password you would like to use
8. Click Submit
