We default display both Candidate Leads and Candidates with Resumes.

Display Resumes

  1. Go to your Upward.net account
  2. In the left navigation bar, click Candidates
  3. Select Show Resume Status


This will display who of your Candidates have Resumes.



Candidate Leads


In order to match our employers with potential candidates, we allow job seekers to apply to jobs without a resume. Want to require all candidates to have resumes? Ask us about our Employer Solutions.


Requiring a Resume


With an Employer Solutions Account, you can require a resume for any job. All you need to do is go to the job you would like to require resumes and select YES in the drop down.
