Job Groups are powerful tools that let you control many aspects of the job created under the Job Group.

  • Hiring Company. Select the Hiring Company you would like the jobs to display under.
  • Job Group Name. Name your Job Group to easily identify the types of jobs you are hiring for. For example, if you have a group of Nursing Jobs you would like to hire for, you can name your Job Group "Nursing Job Group."
  • Bid Strategy. We offer two different ways for you to bid:
    • Cost Per Click: Pay when your job listing is clicked.
    • Cost Per Applicant: Pay when a candidate applies to your job. (Speak to your sales representative for CPA options.
  • Price. You can manage how much you would like to spend per Click or per Applicant here.
  • Daily Budget. Control how much you spend per day for this Job Group. (For more about Budgets and Job Groups, please see How do Job Groups Budgets work?
  • Monthly Budget. Control how much you spend per month for this Job Group. (For more about Budgets and Job Groups, please see How do Job Groups Budgets work?
  • Add IO Budget. To add an IO Budget per Job Group, contact your sales representative.
  • Job Destination. You can control where you send your candidate by changing the Job Destination. We offer:
  • Hosted: Host your application form on Upward.net. This gives you an easy way to store and access all your candidates within the Upward.net platform.
    • Hosted Plus: Host your application form on Upward.net AND send the user to your application form. If you would like to take advantage of Upward.net's application form but would also like to store your candidates in your own application form, Hosted Plus is for you.
    • Direct: Send your candidates directly to your application form. When an applicant clicks on your job on the Upward.net results page, they will be sent directly to your application form. NOTE: It is a good idea to put a tracking parameter on your application link to easily see where your applicants are coming in from.
    • Applicant Click: Host your job description on Upward.net, but send the applicant to your application form. When the applicant clicks on your job on the Upward.net results page, they will see your job description on Upward.net. Then, when they click on the Apply button, they will be sent to your application form.
