With an Employer Solutions account, you can set budgets to manage how much money you spend for your Organization. This means that the budget will be spread across every job within your Organization. We allow employers to set budgets at the Daily, Monthly, and IO budgets.


Daily Budget


Setting a Daily Budget will determine how much you will spend across all jobs within your Organization per day. You can set this on by doing one of the following:

  1. Go to Jobs → Report
  2. In the Actions drop down in the table, select Manage Jobs
  3. In the Daily column in the Organization Budget Section, click the "-" symbol
  4. Update your Daily Budget
  5. Click Save


This will control the amount spent per day for your Organization.


Monthly Budget


Setting a Monthly Budget will determine how much you will spend across all jobs within your Organization per month. You can set this on by doing one of the following:

  1. Go to Jobs → Report
  2. In the Actions drop down in the table, select Manage Jobs
  3. In the Monthly column in the Organization Budget Section, click the "-" symbol
  4. Update your Monthly Budget
  5. Click Save


This will control the amount spent per month for your Organization.


IO Budget


Setting an IO will determine how much you will spend across all jobs within your Organization for all time. You can set the IO budget by contacting your Sales Representative or by emailing salesteam@upward.net.
