With an Employer Solutions account, you can set budgets to manage how much money you spend per Hiring Company. We allow employers to set budgets at the Daily, Monthly, and IO budgets.


Daily Budget


Setting a Daily Budget will determine how much you will spend across all jobs within your Hiring Company per day. You can set this on the Hiring Companies page by doing one of the following:

  1. Log in to your Employer Solutions account
  2. Go to Jobs → Hiring Companies
  3. In the Actions column, select More Details
  4. Add the amount you would like to set in the Daily Budget field
  5. Click Save


This will control the amount spent per day for this Hiring Company.


Monthly Budget


Setting a Monthly Budget will determine how much you will spend across all jobs within your Hiring Company per month. You can set this on the Hiring Companies page by doing one of the following:

  1. Log in to your Employer Solutions account
  2. Go to Jobs → Hiring Companies
  3. In the Actions column, select More Details
  4. Add the amount you would like to set in the Monthly Budget field
  5. Click Save


This will control the amount spent per month for this Hiring Company.


IO Budget


Setting an IO will determine how much you will spend across all jobs within your Hiring Company for all time. You can set the IO budget by contacting your Sales Representative or by emailing salesteam@upward.net.
